Objective:
Improve access for integrated high impact quality health care services for disadvantaged women and children with special focus on maternal and child health services. Provide WASH facilities at health care center.
Result:
Improved access to integrated high quality healthcare services for disadvantaged women and children and improved indicators on maternal and child health. Health care center provided with WASH facilities.
Major Activities undertaken:
Construction of 20 bed Rural Health Center (RHC) with 7000 sq. ft. covered area. Procurement and setting up of medical equipment, ambulance, furniture etc. Provision of WASH Facilities at Health care center.
