Major Activities undertaken:
Hiring of medical officer, medical technicians and other staff to meet staff shortage. Providing medicines and lab consumables. Formation and training of HMCs (Health Management Committees). Establishment of Health Fund. Coordination meeting between all stakeholders. Awareness raising workshops. Monitoring and Evaluation
