Objective:

Improve service delivery for integrated high impact health care  services with focus on mother and child health for disadvantaged women and children with civic engagement and public private partnership.  

Result:

Improved service delivery for integrated high impact healthcare services for disadvantaged women and children with focus on maternal and child health with active community participation and public private partnership

Major Activities undertaken:

 Hiring of medical officer, medical technicians and other staff to meet staff shortage.  Providing medicines and lab consumables.  Training of health service providers.  Formation and training of HMCs (Health Management Committees).  Establishment of Health Fund.  Coordination meeting between all stakeholders.  Awareness raising workshops.  Monitoring and Evaluation.
