Major Activities undertaken:
Hiring of teachers to meet staff shortage. Hiring staff for maintenance and security. Training of teachers and Education Department Officials. Formation and training of SMCs (School Management Committees), Mothers Groups, Youth Groups. Establishment of Education Fund. Coordination meeting between all stakeholders. Awareness raising workshops. Monitoring and Evaluation.
